Digital Project Manager
We are partnering with Charity People to recruit a Digital Project Manager.
This is a part-time, 3 day week role on a 12-month fixed-term contract @ c.£40k.
This is a new role, created to support a testing programme of new digital activity (predominately Facebook advertising) that aims to recruit new supporters and maximise long-term net income. You will work to implement new systems to support effective digital acquisition and digital marketing along with auditing and optimising the use of existing digital infrastructure – (including CRM, mailing platforms, landing pages and payment gateway) and its suitability for use with digital acquisition and email marketing.
With a proven background of implementing digital acquisition and retention campaigns, you will also test, develop, and execute effective and inspiring digital supporter journeys in collaboration with the Individual Giving Manager and their appointed agency, and work across teams to ensure the digital infrastructure is integrated and works for the organisation beyond the fundraising team.
We are looking for someone who understands the principles behind digital acquisition and is confident in implementing them. You should have a detailed operational knowledge of the digital infrastructure needed to deliver digital acquisition campaigns including CRM, mailing platforms, website landing pages and payment gateways along with an awareness of trends in digital fundraising, including around website optimisation and designing for engagement.
We are looking for someone who has experience of digital/email marketing and creating inspiring supporter journeys, a confident project manager with a good understanding of the underlying principles of digital fundraising.
