Elsevier Online Usage Tracker Panel

Since the summer of 2011, Elsevier has been donating new books on the behalf of researchers who have participated in its online research study. Working together with more than 700 participants, Elsevier has been able to donate enough money to send over 12,000 books to libraries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Anonymous participants in the research study are scientific researchers from all over the world. They have kindly allowed Elsevier to analyse how they search and discover information online for their daily work, in order to help improve the services and products Elsevier provides. The project continues in 2016.

We thank all the researchers that have joined the study and share their online experience! Your input is greatly appreciated by Elsevier and the libraries in sub-Saharan Africa that benefit from the book donations made on your behalf.
