‘Churchill: Walking with Destiny’ – An evening with Andrew Roberts

Date and time: 7th March, 18:15 to 20:30
Location: Stationers’ Hall, London
Tickets: £35 each

Andrew Roberts’ new biography of Churchill draws on over 40 new sources to paint a vivid picture of Britain’s most controversial statesman – his character, his legacy, his sense of history and his connection to the present. In this talk in support of our work, Andrew will share his unique insights into Churchill’s pivotal role in changing the course of World War Two.

The evening will take place in the historic, Grade I listed Stationers’ which was built in 1670 following the Great Fire of London and will include a book signing and a free drink.

Every ticket sold will help us send another book to a library, hospital, school, university or refugee camp around the world where people have few books, or even no books at all.

Doors will open at 18:15 and the talk will begin at 18:45. Drinks and a book signing will follow the event.
