Partnerships Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organised Partnerships Executive to support our work providing brand-new books to communities worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supplying carefully selected books to over 190 organisations worldwide. Those books give millions of people the opportunity to read and, with it, the chance to build a more equal future.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting suitable books for our partners, coordinating book selections with our Operations Team and ensuring accurate and timely documentation to support shipments.

You will maintain up-to-date records, handle enquiries and work closely with our global partners to build and sustain meaningful relationships. The role also involves helping to identify and onboard new partners and sharing valuable insights across our organisation. Strong communication, excellent IT skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
