A gift in your Will can open up the power of books to countless children and adults.
Do you need to make a Will? We’ve partnered with the National Free Wills Network to enable you to make a Will for free. Find out more.
Gifts in Wills from Book Aid International supporters help send books to places that are hard to reach, inspiring and empowering young people like 17-year-old Maame.
Maame knows that education will unlock her future. There aren’t many books in her house in Ghana so from a young age, she has been accompanying her mother to the local library filled with books from Book Aid International and reading everything on offer.
Maame soon gained the nickname ‘lawyer’ in her school because of her ability to speak persuasively and clearly – and her willingness to help others.
Being a lawyer has always been my dream. I want to be a voice for the voiceless.
Maame
You can support people like Maame with a gift in your Will to Book Aid International. Once you’ve looked after your family or loved ones in your Will, then even a small percentage of the remainder could help unlock the power of education and enable people like Maame to realise their dreams.
